MembershipThe Association has always placed a high priority on member services. We provide discounted monthly parking, sidewalk cleaning, snow removal, shared street cleaning, refuse collection, and extra police patrols. In addition, we coordinate programs such as Midnight Madness and sponsor cooperative advertising opportunities.
Offering the best possible service means listening to our members. The Association's success over the years can be credited to its ability to respond to the concerns of our community. For example, responding to member interests and requests, the Association has produced one of the leading Art Fairs in the country each July since 1968. The event, held in collaboration with two other downtown Art Fairs, attracts over 500,000 people to Ann Arbor.
The Association is continually assessing the needs of our neighborhood and providing services that meet the desires and aspirations of our members.
